The subscription model is perfect for organisations who organise multiple events on a yearly basis. Upgrading to a subscription model is always possible!
When using the subscription model, a fixed price per event or year is paid depending on the package. This entitles the clients to organize unlimited events during a 12-month period, starting from the first day of their first event.
Each package includes attendees and event days. The number of included attendees can be upgraded at any given time against volume discount if the included bucket amount is surpassed. The number of attendees included in the subscription expires after the end of the subscription period (1 Year). However, additional attendees are carried over, providing the subscription is extended.
The moment it becomes more advantageous to switch to a subscription is dependent on the package used and the size of the event(s):
Core package
A subscription model is cheaper when organizing over three events. When organizing less than three events, a subscription is cheaper when exceeding a certain number of users. See below for details.
Advanced package
A subscription model is cheaper when organizing over three events. When organizing two to three events, a subscription is cheaper when exceeding a certain number of users. It is more advantageous to buy a single event when organizing just one event. See below for details.
Extensive package
